We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Wild & Rust. In addition to your statutory rights, and our standard Refund and Exchange Policy, for the Festive season only, any gift bought between 1st December and 24th December may be returned for an exchange until 31st January. This applies only if the gift is unwanted or unsuitable, in original packaging and in a saleable condition, provided an original receipt / gift receipt is presented. Please note that there are products which are strictly non-refundable. This includes gift cards and vouchers, personal wellbeing products and plants.
